Westlake Heating & Air Conditioning Maintenance Service Agreement include the following scope of service to be provided on your equipment
· Biannual 25 point inspection will be performed on each piece of equipment.
· Inspection will include all materials needed to complete cleaning and lubrication, including filters on said equipment.
· All other parts and labor will be billed at the Special Contract Rates.
· A discount on all parts needed to repair equipment will be in effect during the contract period.
· A “lock in” of your Special Contract Rates will be in effect.
We will meet with you annually or more frequently, upon request, to evaluate and make modifications, if necessary, to this maintenance program to assure that it meets your expectations and technical requirements.
